The Lace collection Platters were born out of my love for vintage laces that I have been collecting for many years now . I imprint the delicate patterns on clay mixed in my studio on slab rolled clay and shape them using my hands . All designs and shapes are organic and are created as I go .
They are fired with a bright white white glazed and then dusted and lined with 22k real gold and fired for a 3rd time . These festive dishes are the star of any table and took my breath away when I first took them out of the kiln .
They are made of robust clay , However since there is 22K gold on these platters , they are Handwash only .
