When will you restock your pottery?

Since Isan is a one person enterprise and I also teach pottery at a local studio , it is becoming increasingly hard for me to make regular updates . I like the pace of how I am working now . Announcing sales has become less desirable as It leads to a competitive shopping experience ,

How long does shipping take?

I will ship your order within 1-3 business days. I ship ceramics using UPS Shipping Ground delivery. You will receive a shipping notification from me including tracking information. Every package of pottery is marked fragile and insured for its full value. I use biodegradable shipping materials. In case of a breakage , I request you to immediately take pictures with the box and the label showing to help me recover costs by claiming insurance .

Do you ship internationally?

At the Moment , I only ship to destinations within the United States.

Do you wholesale?

Yes I do wholesale orders , However I need a lead time of 2-3 months depending on the product that is being offered

Do you take custom orders?

No, I am not accepting custom orders at this time. However from time to time , I open up custom orders based on my work load and announce on instagram stories.

Can I put your pottery in the microwave, dishwasher or oven?

You may use my pottery to reheat food in the microwave. Putting them in a dishwasher is also fine. Do not place over a flame, on an electric burner or in a hot oven. Placing my pottery in the oven at a very low, warming temperature is fine.

Is your pottery food safe?

Yes, it is fully functional and safe to eat or drink from . I will specifically mention if its not food safe .

Can we return/ exchange a product ?

All sales are final unless there is a breakage . If you reach out to me within 24 hours with photos showing the breakage with the shipping label and the box , we can have a conversation about refund or a product exchange.
